PINTU Incubator is a collaborative program between Indonesia and France designed to support and develop local fashion talents. This incubator is a collaboration between JF3, LAKON Indonesia, and the French Embassy through the Institut Français d’Indonésie (IFI). It aims to foster young Indonesian designers by providing them with opportunities to develop their businesses, improve their products, and gain international exposure.

In this incubation program, all participants (incubees) are facilitated with intensive class sessions with national and international professional fashion experts, covering various topics ranging from business planning and modeling to branding and product development. Several series of incubation activities are held, such as one-on-one mentoring, workshops, seminars, and masterclasses to improve their skills and knowledge in the fashion industry.

One of the most memorable things about the PINTU incubation class is the collaboration between local designers and alumni of École Duperré, a prestigious fashion school in Paris. This partnership not only validates the quality of the incubator participants but also provides them with a global perspective and the opportunity to study at renowned institutions.
